Summary:   The company plans Techniglass Corporation located directly across the street from the project site, has outgrown their existing space. Their long-term plans are to construct a new 20,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility at the Buffalo Bolt Business Park in North Tonawanda and employ up to 25 people to meet the company’s growth projections. The company will occupy between 3,000-6,000 square feet of the new space to be constructed at 59 Thompson Street. The remaining 16,000+ square feet will be flexible, leasable tenant space meant to foster and incubate commercial/industrial users.
