Former Army Reserve Site

The former Niagara Falls U.S. Army Reserve Site, which is now known as the Niagara Falls Airport Center of Commerce, contains 150,000 sq. ft. of space across seven buildings.  The main building consists of 100,000 sq. ft. of space including approximately 45,000 sq. ft. of office space, 18,000 sq. ft. of maintenance space, and 40,000 sq. ft. of high bay hangar space.  The hangar features 50 ft. ceilings at center, 30 ft. x 150 ft. telescoping doors on opposite sides of the building, an overhead crane feeding into the adjacent maintenance space, and reinforced concrete aprons built for heavy loads.   The site is 18.7 acres and is zoned Light Industrial.  The facility is located adjacent to Taxiway K at Niagara Falls International Airport, which has a nearly 10,000 ft. main runway and over 5,000 ft. crosswind runway.   The site is ideally suited for aviation and aerospace uses including aircraft storage, manufacturing, and repair.  Other potential uses include light assembly, warehousing, freight/cargo logistics, and research and development.
