This morning, the Niagara County IDA Board of Directors held its annual re-organizational meeting. During the meeting, the Board and staff took time to recognize and thank outgoing Chairman Mark A. Onesi for 16 years of strong, steady, and unwavering leadership. His dedication and commitment to advancing economic development in Niagara County have made a lasting impact.
