Retired from the U.S Army as a Lieutenant Colonel after 23 years of active-duty service. After retiring, took a position as Dean at ITT Technical Institute, Director of Admissions and Student Services at SUNY at Buffalo, and presently employed at SUNY Erie Community College as a Business Department faculty member. Education includes Associate of Arts degree, Bachelor of Science degree, Law degree, MBA, and Master’s degrees in education.
Organizational memberships include 1st Vice President Military Officers Association of Western New York, Adjutant Disabled American Veterans’ Post Tonawanda N.Y., Commissioner Niagara Falls Veterans Memorial Commission, Member Niagara Falls Underground Railroad Heritage Area and Museum, and Member American Legion Post 1142.
Mr. Krempa joined Five Star Bank in 2019 as Five Vice President, Commercial Lending and was promoted to Senior Vice President, Commercial and Industrial Lending in 2022. Prior to that, he held commercial and retail leadership roles with several local financial institutions, including Northwest Bank, KeyBank, and Jamestown Savings Bank. Earlier in his career, Mr. Krempa worked for the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Office of Disaster Assistance. He holds an MBA in Accounting and a BS in Finance from Canisius University.
In addition, Mr. Krempa is a member of the St. Christopher School Sports Committee and serves as a swimming and softball coach. He previously served on the boards of the Rotary Club of Buffalo, YMCA Buffalo Niagara, West Side Neighborhood Housing Services, Amherst Chamber of Commerce, and the Western New York Chapter of the Risk Management Association.
Mr. Ross is retired from the Niagara County Legislature as an eleven-time Chairman. The retired teacher and long-time athletic administrator and coach spent 47 years working in the Niagara Wheatfield School District.
Mr. Ross is a member and past President of the Town of Niagara and Town of Wheatfield Lions Club and the New York State Athletic Administration Association. He was also past President of Leadership Niagara and the Mount Saint Mary’s Board of Associates. Ross is on the Board of Directors of Horizon Health Services, “NIMAC” and the Niagara Falls Sports Hall of Fame. He was appointed to the SUNY Niagara Board of Trustees by the Niagara County Legislature in 2005. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science from Michigan State University and a Master’s degree in School Administration from Buffalo State College.
Mr. Berube was the Owner and Treasurer of DM&M Cable Services for 34 years. He was also a Compliance Specialist for Installs Inc LLC for 15 years. He is currently retired.
In addition to his vast work experience, Mr. Berube also served the community as a North Tonawanda 1st Ward Alderman for 3 years. As well as serving on several government boards for many years, including Chairman of the North Tonawanda Planning Board, North Tonawanda Board of Assessment Review and Cable Commission, and the North Tonawanda Housing Board.
Mr. Mahoney is an operations and property management leader with more than two decades of experience. Since 2013, he has served as Vice President of Operations at Automotive Finishes of Western New York (Urban Paint), overseeing all facets of business operations—including regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, human resources, payroll, customer account management, and financial processes.
Ryan concurrently manages 14 residential and 7 commercial properties as General Manager of P.D.E. Real Estate Holdings, LLC, where he directs day-to-day operations, leads property acquisitions, ensures legal compliance, and manages leasing, tenant relations, and financial reporting. His earlier career includes more than a decade in management and inside sales with Urban Paint and prior experience as a Territory Sales Associate at Ingram Micro. Mr. Mahoney earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Canisius College.
Mr. Masse is a Director in KeyBank's Corporate Treasury where he manages the Interest Rate Risk Models and Methodologies function. He joined Key Bank in 2024 after 14 years at Citigroup and BNY Mellon in various treasury and risk management roles.
Mr. Masse earned a degree in Mathematics from SUNY Buffalo and holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charter from the CFA Institute. He is also the Treasurer for Boy Scout Troop 58 at St. Christopher Church.
Mr. Fekete resides in Ransomville and graduated from Lewiston Porter Central School District. He then attended the Ohio Diesel Technical institute in Cleveland. He was employed at Syracuse Supply Company (currently Milton CAT) for 18 years. In 2014, Mr. Fekete began working as a Business Representative for the Operating Engineers Local Union No. 17 (IUOE) where he is currently the Business Manager.
In addition, Bill has been a member of the Ski Club of Lockport since 1991 and served as President of the Club for 6 years. He is also co-chair of the FAIR Committee and Secretary/Treasurer of the Buffalo Building Trades Council.
Ms. Langdon began her professional career as a Business Counselor with the University of Scranton Small Business Development Center and Director of Marketing with Ecoscience, Inc. in Pennsylvania. She joined the Niagara County Industrial Development Agency (NCIDA) in 1993 as Marketing Director and was later promoted to Director of Project Development. She then became the NCIDA Executive Director in 2018 and retired from the Agency in May 2024.
Ms. Langdon is a graduate of Grove City College with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and the University of Scranton with an MBA in Marketing.
For more than 20 years Ms. Brennen worked for the Niagara Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and assisted small business owners in achieving their goals. She served as Associate Director of Economic Development and International Trade and was certified as a business advisor by the NYSBDC in 1999. In July 2007, Ms. Brennen was named President and CEO of the Niagara USA Chamber of Commerce. In 2017, she followed her passion for assisting women through the invaluable services of the YWCA of the Niagara Frontier as the Vice President of Social Enterprise, delivering employment and training opportunities to the women served by the YWCA. She then had the opportunity to rejoin the Niagara SBDC in 2019 and continue her desire to assist small businesses. Ms. Brennen is currently the Assistant Director with the Niagara Small Business Development Center (SBDC).
Her education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Niagara University and she has received her Advanced Certification from the NYSBDC specializing in economic development. In addition, she is a member of the WNY Regional Economic Development Council and the WNY Power Proceeds Allocation Board.
