Sue is responsible for administration of grants as well as developing and executing processes for compliance and other operational procedures that supports the goals and objectives of the Agency.

Mike is responsible for Agency financial oversight, budgeting and monthly reconciliation of financials as well as administration of employee benefits, PILOT calculation review, and annual State regulatory compliance reporting.

Caroline is responsible for Agency payables, receivables, grant disbursements, RLF loan administration including amortization schedules, disbursement of loan funds, aging and cash flow reports, invoicing and late notices. Caroline also handles annual State regulatory compliance reporting.

Julie is responsible for scheduling NCIDA meetings and public hearings, preparing agendas, maintaining records and the agency's H.R. matters. She serves as liaison between the NCIDA board, counsel, and staff. She is the recording secretary for the NCIDA, NCDC, and NADC. Julie also manages NCIDA property maintenance and communication with tenants and management.
