Andrea meets with companies regarding NCIDA property tax incentives, loans, and other project-specific programs. As Executive Director, she is responsible for the management and day-to-day operations, devising long term business attraction, site adaptation and economic development strategies.

Sue is responsible for administration of grants as well as developing and executing processes for compliance and other operational procedures that supports the goals and objectives of the Agency.

Mike is responsible for Agency financial oversight, budgeting and monthly reconciliation of financials as well as administration of employee benefits, PILOT calculation review, and annual State regulatory compliance reporting.

Julie is responsible for scheduling NCIDA meetings and public hearings, preparing agendas, maintaining records and the agency's H.R. matters. She serves as liaison between the NCIDA board, counsel, and staff. She is the recording secretary for the NCIDA, NCDC, and NADC.

Jeremy is responsible for supporting business leaders and stakeholders by providing daily guidance on available incentives and programs to advance their projects. He also works to strengthen and expand existing businesses in Niagara County, while actively promoting the region to attract new investments and enterprises.
